Legit question. I peek in here every so once in a while, and see... little to no new posts. There is still activity here, for example, Mad God edited a post I made, because it contains a list of mods that I mean to get edited when appropriate, and it was very appropriate. But that's an edit, it's not a NEW post.
I know stuff happens, people get busy. But that's always been so. It's been like a month since I was really here, and aside from my own comments, there was... one random guy.
Is everyone okay, or is everyone just so much busier and/or perceiving that everyone else "here" is too busy, that nobody's here?
No matter how you slice it, I miss you guys and I miss reading your forumRP antics.

People poke their heads in from time to time, but there hasn't been a lot of discussion.
I know in my case, life changes have left me with much less time on the computer than I've had previously.

Aieek. ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) Well, I'm glad you appear when you do. I've got enough people "in my life" who have wandered off and I have no idea which way they went. IRL and online both.

For me; I'm still fighting off the health issues I mentioned in the other thread. It's a little better since I made that post, but not 100% gone.
Besides health issues, I also have changes going on in real life. My husband just began his last year of work and our plan is that we're going to sell our current house and move to the mountains out west as soon as he retires. But the house needs to be remodeled before we put it on the market. That's going to involve a section of the house being torn down, and that is going to involve packing up our belongings. So things are going to be quite hectic here.
And lastly; I think people simply got burned out. Role-play went on here practically non-stop for three or four years. It's inevitable for a time to come that players get tired of it and want to move on to other things. It happens. The forum will not be deleted and will remain here for people to stop by if/when they choose.

I think Lady Morningstar is the heart of this forum, and with her not feeling well and not posting, nobody else posts either, really.
At least, that is what I have observed. This forum is only alive and active when she is.

Essentially what everyone's already said, I tend to stay busy by working on my comic work and general art, and poke my head in from time to time. Things here come in bursts, maybe we'll have a nice strong bit of discussion and RP for a while, but then it dips off to a murmur for a while before kicking back up again. It just all depends on how everyones life is going and when things line up just right to have everyone around.

Well, thank all of you for responding! I was worried, glad to know you guys are alive and reasonably well. And that LM is recovering (with her health being why I said "reasonably" well). ...If LM is the heart, who's the brain? Dibbs on being the spleen! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)
