Unofficial Patch - Rothis Nethan's Duel

I was just playing through a portion of the Redoran questline, specifically the duel involving Rothis Nethan, the one you buy the healing potions for.
He ended up winning the duel (though it looked like just barely) and the quest acknowledged it properly. Accounting for this is apparently a feature in the 1.6.2 unofficial patch.
It was wonderful to finally have that happen, and had to tell someone.
