Great House Dagoth - Issues with Heartwights

So, there already is a thread about someone with problems with GHD, horewer, my problems are a bit different, so, in order to not interfere with our friend's issue, I've decided to create a second thread, hope that's not a problem .

You see, I reached the part where you have the option to complete the ash vampires' quests, horewer, two of them, Dagoth Odros, and Dagoth Uthol.


Dagoth Odros repeats a single line of dialogue which the player must respond to, in other words, he tells me he will summon a dremora and to trap his soul in case he gets uncooperative, even after I trap said dremora's soul, his dialogue remains unchanged, it goes back to the dialogue where he tells me when I'm ready so he will summon the dremora. (Horewer, as this is the final part of his sidequest, I was able to use console command to finish it).

In Dagoth Uthol's case,  it's the part wher he asks to find the Tesalero Index, after I retrieve it, he says: "Yes, this is exactly what I need. [Dagoth Uthol casts a spell on the Telasero index.] This index has shown me the locations of its brothers. I will need you to go and retreave them." Horewer, the quest doesn't progress, the topics for the other Index does not open, and clicking on Tesalero Index topic makes him repeat the above phrase.

Finally, there's the problem that none of the Heartwights respawn after I complete the quest to challenge them and claim their artifacts.
